Our Tour: Good

The tour and the tour guide were excellent. However, for an American, the whole process was difficult until I was greeted at the airport in Ho Chi Minh City. Contact with your office was made more difficult because you do not have a U.S. phone number. There was no help with visa or plane reservations. Others in my group had plane reservations by your company. I was flying blind and probably paid more than I should have. Our tour group uses Whats App to communicate, but if you have that I was not made aware of it.

Fabulous all round tour - weather, people, guide and country would definitely recommend. Loc, our guide, went above and beyond to make sure the tour group were all catered for, he was jovial, caring and very knowledgeable.

Loc was an exceptional National Escort. Knowledgeable and passionate about his beautiful country and its history, he also had a great sense of fun and humour. He quickly became a friend to everyone and helped us bond as a group. We loved his quirky phrases, and cultural insider tips. Alongside this he was very professional, flexing the timetable when needed and ensuring that everyone was safe, well and enjoying the trip. He definitely made a good tour great! Christmas with a difference. Visiting wonderful places in Vietnam, Hoi An and Halong Bay exceptionally beautiful. Good group of people and super Wendy Wu Rep. Loc, our guide, made this trip extra special. He was very kind, witty and attentive, we all adored him. Definitely recommendable. The programme was varied which was great, and very well organised. I thoroughly enjoyed Christmas in Vietnam and thank you for making this trip such a memorable experience.
